Air for the biology in your tanks.
Roots and turbo blowers push air into the basin. Fine-bubble disc and tube diffusers spread it out, so more oxygen reaches the water.
The right chemical, at the right rate.
Metering pumps feed coagulants, disinfectants and pH chemicals at a set rate. Dampeners, back pressure valves and calibration cylinders keep that rate accurate.
Moving the fluids other pumps struggle with.
Air-operated double diaphragm pumps handle sludge, slurries and aggressive chemicals, and they can run dry without damage.
Less sludge to haul away.
Filter and membrane presses squeeze the water out of sludge and leave a dry cake. We also stock the cloths and plates that wear in service.
Knowing what is in the pipe.
Water-quality sensors and electromagnetic flowmeters show operators what is happening, so dosing and aeration can respond to real conditions.
Aeration is often the largest energy user in an activated-sludge plant. Well-matched blowers and fine-bubble diffusers keep that load in check.
